are you a beginner or intermediate practitioner?
Yoga Levels
Beginner
Starting out in yoga as a beginner means beginning a journey of discovery and gentle movement. Beginner classes are perfect for newcomers or those who haven't exercised much before.

In these classes, you'll learn the basic yoga poses in a slower-paced setting. The teacher will give clear instructions, and everything moves at a comfortable pace.

Most importantly, beginner classes are a safe space for you to explore what your body can do. You can take it easy and find what feels good for you without any pressure.

Look out for classes with the â’· label.
Intermediate
Intermediate classes are for those who have a consistent beginner class yoga/trapeze practice and are ready to move beyond the basics.

Here, you'll build on what you learned in beginner classes and dive into more intermediate poses. It's all about syncing your breath with your movements and flowing smoothly from one pose to another. Plus, get ready to spice things up with some exciting variations of the basics!

If you are/have had a consistent practice of minimum of twice a week in beginner classes in the past three months or more, you can begin exploring intermediate classes. If unsure, please ask us for advice.
