how often should you practice yoga?
To truly experience the wonderful benefits of yoga, consistency is key! Aim to practice yoga at least 2 - 5 days a week. This will help you improve flexibility, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. Remember, every practice brings you closer to a healthier, more balanced life.
